Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every prompt, upload, and generated video on H3 Max Studio. Breaking it can lead to blocked jobs, forfeited credits, or account termination.

Pornography / NSFW

Do not request or upload pornographic, explicit sexual, or fetish content. Soft-core and non-consensual sexual content are also prohibited.

Violence / gore

Do not generate graphic violence, torture, or gore. Fictional mild action is allowed; realistic harm to identifiable people is not.

Hate speech

Do not create content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics.

Child-unsafe content (CSAM)

Any sexual or exploitative content involving minors is strictly prohibited. We block these prompts, report as required by law, and terminate the account.

Deepfakes / impersonation

Do not generate realistic depictions of real private individuals, celebrities, or political figures used to mislead, defame, or impersonate. Do not create non-consensual intimate imagery.

Copyright / trademark infringement

Do not upload or request copyrighted characters, branded products, or trademarked assets you do not have rights to use.

How we moderate

Every prompt is scanned with Waffo Prompt Sift before we call fal. fal MiniMax H3 Max also runs a safety checker. We keep moderation logs and may review outputs before they stay in history.

Enforcement

We may block a job, refund or forfeit reserved credits, remove outputs, pause generation, or close the account. Serious abuse is reported to payment and legal channels.

Reporting

Report violating content or accounts to [email protected] with the job ID if you have one. We review reports and reply when we have a decision.
