Who we are

H3 Max Studio is an independent AI video service operated at minimaxh3-max.org. We are not MiniMax, Hailuo, or fal. This policy explains what we collect when you sign in with Google, buy credits, or generate video.

Data we collect

Google account identifiers, name, email, and avatar when you sign in. Prompts, uploaded reference files, generation settings, output videos, and credit ledger entries. Payment metadata from Waffo Pancake such as order IDs and plan status. We do not receive your full card number.

Technical logs include IP address, user agent, and job identifiers needed to debug failed generations.

How we use data

We use this data to run your account, process payments, generate video through fal MiniMax H3 Max, refund failed jobs, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Prompts are screened with Waffo Prompt Sift before generation.

Processors

Google (sign-in), Waffo Pancake (merchant of record for checkout, tax, and payouts), fal (model inference), and our hosting provider. Each processor receives only what that step requires.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept while the account is open and as required for tax and fraud review. You may request deletion of workspace files; we may retain limited ledger data needed to reconcile payments.
