The service

H3 Max Studio provides a hosted workspace that calls fal MiniMax H3 Max for text-to-video, image-to-video, and reference-to-video. We sell subscription credits and one-time credit packs. We are an independent studio, not an official MiniMax product.

Accounts

You must sign in with Google and be able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy.

Credits and billing

Prices are shown in USD on the pricing page. Subscription credits refresh each billing period and do not roll over. Credit pack balances never expire. Credits are reserved when you submit a job and returned if generation fails.

Checkout is processed by Waffo Pancake as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew until you cancel from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

If a generation fails for a platform error, reserved credits are refunded. Charge refunds follow Waffo’s refund process and our support review.

Outputs and licenses

Subject to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, you may use generated videos, including commercially, once the job succeeds. You grant us a limited license to process prompts and files solely to provide the service and moderate content.

You represent that you have rights to every image, video, audio clip, brand, and likeness you upload or depict.

AI disclosure

Outputs are AI-generated using fal MiniMax H3 Max. Results vary. Review every clip before publishing. We do not guarantee a specific aesthetic, likeness, or commercial outcome.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.
